Steadfastness.

Imagine having angels upon angels coming down from Jannah to you the moment your soul leaves your body, telling you to not be sad and that you have Jannah waiting for you. Imagine having to worry which Jannah is waiting for you once your soul left your body.

Verily, those who say: "Our Lord is Allah (Alone)," and then they Istaqamu, on them the angels will descend (at the time of their death) (saying): "Fear not, nor grieve! But receive the glad tidings of Paradise which you have been promised!

(41:30)

That's the reward for continuously striving to please Him. He says "This is only the welcoming gift from me to you. I am indeed the Oft Forgiving, The Most Merciful"

Oft Forgiving, The Most Merciful. Which only means that the reward is for you and I, the ones prone to err & the ones who are given the best of gifts when we don't even deserve it. Indeed, the reward of being steadfast in your course towards Allah is immense and magnificent.

Verily, those who say: "Our Lord is (only) Allah," and thereafter Istaqamu (i.e. stood firm and straight on the Islamic Faith of Monotheism by abstaining from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which Allah has forbidden and by performing all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained), on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
